A Business Leader Shaped By History

Dan’s approach to business is deeply influenced by a decades-long study of military, political, and business history. This perspective provides a unique lens for decision-making, leadership, resilience, strategy, business operations, team-building, and problem-solving – helping organizations anticipate challenges, adapt to change, and drive sustained success. Dan doesn’t just study history –  he applies it. He’s taken his employees to Gettysburg, Antietam, and Normandy for experiential leadership training, using these historical battlefields as case studies for strategy, teamwork, and execution under pressure. The result? A high-performance culture with zero employee turnover in his last company for three recent consecutive years at his last company.
